RYSE is designed to function entirely offline. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external servers.

• Local Data: The app asks for information such as your name, birth date, daily habits, and tasks. All of this data is stored locally on your device using local storage (Hive).
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking software, or advertising frameworks. What you do inside the app stays inside the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely to operate the app's features on your device, such as:

• Calculating your PQ Score and Habit Strength.
• Generating your Life Orbit and Weekly Reports.
• Triggering local push notifications to remind you of your routines.
• Displaying data on your Lock Screen/Home Screen Widgets.

3. Third-Party Services (In-App Purchases)

The only time the app communicates with an external service is when you choose to use the "Feed the Developer" (In-App Purchase) feature.

• This process is handled entirely by Apple's App Store.
• We do not collect or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or any other financial data. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/) for more information on how they handle your payment data.

4. Your Privacy Rights and Data Deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it.
